NanDai Founded in 1985

Founded in 1985, Nan Dai Enterprise CO., LTD is a professional manufacturer of PVC saddle and back cushions for bicycles and sports equipment. Since the inception, we have been working with our customers to create high product value with excellent quality and service, and we are committed to continuous innovation and the pursuit of excellence in our business.
In 1991, the PU production line was established, and the R&D team applied PU materials to the bicycle and sports equipment sector. Taking advantage of the material characteristics a variety of products have been created and with quality technology the product lines have now been expanded to different sectors, such as: medical, furniture, automobile and motorcycle sectors, and later also extensively applied in video game devices with the rise of the leisure industry.
Insisting on the highest quality, we have obtained the German TUV quality certification and can also produce products that pass EU RoHS, REACH, PAHs, CPSC, and USA CA117 fire and flame resistance tests.
Looking to the future, in addition to continuously innovating and developing novel products, we also welcome collaborating with other industries to develop products and create business opportunities.

Yong Xing Vehicle Parts Factory was established, specializing in the domestic market.

1985

In response to the economic boom and surge in order volume, Nan Dai Enterprise Co., Ltd. was established to develop export business.

1991

In order to enhance the technical level and production capacity, a PU injection machine was added to develop PU self-forming leather products.

1999

Acquired German TUV quality certification.

2003

The spectrometer was acquired to improve production inspection process.

2004

In response to increased orders, a second PU injection machine was acquired to increase PU production capacity.

2005

The infrared spectrometer was acquired to improve production inspection process.

2006

The vertical milling machine was acquired to enhance the development and test production of new products.

2013

A subsidiary company, Ying Zong Enterprise CO., LTD was established to target the game console market.

PU Features

PU產品特點

PU(Polyurethane)

The product is made by mold forming, with the characteristics of wear resistance, difficult deformation, and anti-vibration. It is particularly suitable for products with complex designs that are difficult to produce by hand or require consistent quality. Various chemical agents (anti-UV and flame retardant) can be added to meet the customer's needs to improve the quality and extend the life of the product.
In order to meet the environmental requirements, these products have passed REACH, RoHS, CPSC, PAHs, DEHA, USA California Fire Protection and other tests.

PU(Polyurethane) Product Applications:

PU integral skinned foam products are widely used in automotive industry, sports equipment, medical equipment, furniture, and game machines.

  • Automotive industry: bumpers, steering wheels, armrest pads, head pads, dashboards, bumper pads, cushion pads
  • Exercise equipment: exercise bike saddle and back cushions, treadmill armrests, kneeling mats, grips, elliptical trainer pedals, bike saddle cushions, exercise knee and elbow pads, etc.
